WFMZ is reporting that “differences between the Reading School District and a school in Chester County have led to dueling lawsuits.”
Of course we know that the Chester County school is DVHS that was going to operate out of the school on 724 in Norco.
It turns out that DVHS has sued Reading for 10 million because Reading allegedly violated their contract.
WFMZ says Reading says that DVHS didn’t have state approval, but DVHS says a license wasn’t required. Reading filed a lawsuit saying the school wasn’t licensed.
