Now Nanoparticles in Food May Be Dangerous!

I just got over worrying about sodium benzoate last night.  This morning I find that there is a new concern and it has to do with my intestines!

Well, actually it has to do with chicken intestines and petri dishes- but the point is that the stuff that we use for anti-caking and to keep things nice and fresh turns out to be materials that might be changing our innards.  Which means that it may not prove to be hazardous on it’s own, but if it is ingested it becomes a ‘horse of a different color’.

Now I’m worrying about titanium in food and health products.  And polystyrenes?  I thought that was plastic!  That is in our food?

I’ll find out!
