Snoring is awful. It disrupts your sleep. Disturbs your partner and it sounds awful. What is worse is the older you get the more likely you are to start snoring if you’ve never snored before. That doesn’t seem fair to me so I wanted to know if there were some natural techniques that could combat snoring.
Here is a site that has quite a few exercises for tightening up the neck, throat and jaw muscles which may help. If it doesn’t stop snoring at least it might firm up your flabby lower jaw and neck.
