Okay, there are no videos or no pictures attached and we have no idea who saw this, or what their name was, but it’s made the internet!
Expect to have watchers come visit Montgomery County looking for extra-terrestrials!

A Pennsylvania witness driving along Route 422 East between Trooper and Oaks on August 5, 2011, reports observing an object hovering 20 feet off of the ground with three white lights, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The incident occurred “directly across from the Christian Academy but on the Valley Forge side of the road.”
The witness stated that from far away, the object appeared to be a radio tower, “but there were three white lights and no red flashing light.” The object was observed to be 20 feet off of the ground. The lights were reported as white, but “not blinding.” The witness said the side of the object could not be seen.
The witness called a friend who was driving directly behind, who also saw the object.
“She first thought it was a fighter jet, however when we got closer there was no markings, no color, no amo and it did not move.”
The two continued to drive along Route 422 after the sighting.
No images or videos were included with the MUFON report, which was filed on August 5, 2011. The above quotes were edited for clarity. Oaks is a village in Montgomery County, PA, 18 miles northwest of Philadelphia.

I suspect sightings like this are airplanes cleverly designed to look spooky. I once saw a Black Triangle. I found a rumor that Black Triangles are B52s or some similar model of plane. They’re painted black, presumably so they can be flown on dark nights without being seen. However, the one I saw was in bright daylight, which could equally well be explained as trying to get noticed as a UFO.
In this case, the question is what the weather was like at the sighting. In clear weather, a plane painted sky-blue might do the trick.
